Plumbing/Fixings Help FALC

Post by shooomer » Tue Oct 06, 2015 2:51 pm

Plastic drip tray below connects to drain via hose with male fixing at the yellow circle. Plastic has fatigued and threaded plastic cylinder at yellow circle has broken off. Any ideas how I can create a watertight drain hose from just a hole in the drip tray? Ideally I want a neat fixing like a plug hole rather rather silicone/gaff tape effort (hole is around 20mm dia) TIA, Paul

Just use a standard drain plug waste which will leave you with a standard 1'1/4 threaded fitting on the underside. It means opening the hole up to 32mm but thats no big deal??

Was just about to say tank connector as that's what they use to connect to water tanks etc. But you're sorted now. 8)
