Rear indicator question?

Post by Victor Meldrew » Fri Oct 30, 2015 4:33 pm

Are the rear indicators a Lotus specific part of did they by any chance come of another vehicle?

I am trying to source a bulb holder as several were missing from the pile of parts that was returned to me when the car was returned. Sort of half hoping that it came off something else that I may be able to find the part on eBay under a different search.
Well it moves... might as well make the most of it....

Lotus specific.

I might be wrong, but I think the rear indicators might be the same as the fronts.

Are we talking S1?
The indicators and brake lights are Lotus specific (as in the red and orange bits) but the bulb holder isn't. Pretty sure it's a Rover item, something tells me it was a mk1 Freelander item, but please do check in case I'm wrong!!

I managed to source a complete indicator unit for not much money, so that is on its way to Craig to be fitted to the car. :thumbsup
