Anyone tried these? A bit pricey for what it is but the low winter sun is a PITA

Tuck a baseball cap into the cargo net for when you need it, much more practical and even works when the roof is off. :thumbsup

Fair play mate, but few people look as bad as I do wearing a baseball cap!

The only time that I ever wear shades is in the Elise, essential if the roof is off.

Baseball hat + polarising shades. Way more effective anyway.

Same solution - baseball cap always worked best.

Noticed sun visor delete was one of the weight savings ideas in the new Exige Sport 350.

Only worry with those visors is that they would be right in your face when driving with the rake of the screen and that they innevitably get broken taken the roof off. I went through the same thoughts the first winter I had the Elise. :thumbsup
I've never seen a set on a car to know how they look either. :-)

If you wear a bvaseball cap with the peak bent, it'll fit between the seat and the sill, then it's always to hand when you need it.

I now have the Carly Simon tune in my head.

To hell with vanity - that's what the peak is for originally anyhow!!!

Combined with a decent pair of polarised sunnies, you'll be sorted, and to hang with what others think/say 8)

I'm with you Jim, I don't suit baseball caps at all. I'm not American and I don't play baseball.

I do have a hat which has a smaller peak all the way round, it may be called a bucket hat? I call it my Buckie hat. :thumbsup

Or you could go for the full Shug flat cap styleee.

Plenty of non chav options. 8)
