Anyone know of anyone on here, or SELOC or similar, who is based in Germany and can assist with what is required to get an S2 2009 Exige, RHD (my old car) through the German MOT (TUV). The new owner seems to be going to awful lengths to get the car through the test...
Many thanks.

Why does it need to go through a TUV? Has he applied to the factory for a COC?

Two negatives make a positive but only in Scotland do two positives make a negative - 'Aye right.'

Re: German Exige S2 Owner
No sure what he is doing but appears to be trying to put back to factory spec which may be a little tricky as the following was upgraded;
Wheels
Suspension
Exhaust
Air Intake
Diffuser
Headlights
CAT
Engine Mounts
I take it a COC is a 'Cert of Conformity'?

Correct, an 09 build car (if it was s standard road Exige (as i remember, and not a Cup) would have been built to Euro 4 spec so would have a COC - he should be able to register it in Germany with the doc alone. But if he's started the process - he'll have to finish it - same as deciding you no longer want a new MOT half way through, you can't really stop itmartins wrote: I take it a COC is a 'Cert of Conformity'?
