3 phones for the price of one?

Post by Rich H » Fri May 18, 2007 9:18 am

New deal just hit the stores:

1 phone on Dophin £35/month 500 mins unlimited txts
2 PAYG phones

upfront cost is 2x £10 top up on the PAYG

You get free calls between the handsets for £10 per month per handset, but there is a £120 redemption too so work out (If you ever see the redemption!) at 6 months free.

The Pay monthly gets one magic number the PAYG get 3 each too.

Handsets are limited to:

a) NOK6300
b) SEW810i
c) SAMSGHE900(Pink or Black)

Just thought I'd spread the news ;)

Any recommendations on telephones?
I came off sh*t call earlier and threw my mobile against a wall
Paul at least they can't call you back now

Rich would appreciate a few recommendations as well. I use a Blackberry through work which is the dgsblx but is a bit chunky to carry around. Have had my trusty Sony Ericcson T630 for a few years and it's getting at bit long in the tooth. A bluetooth handsfree suggestion for the Lotus is on the cards as well.

Best way to get a replacement phone (Assuming no insurance) is a pay as you go, cheper than handset only. Best thing is to go and have a look at what you like, let me know and I'll see what problems we have had with them.

Personally I'll be sticking with Sony Ericsson. Motorolla and Samsung have had hosts of problems (The D840 has been withdrawn from some networks!) the N series have had a fair few too, mostly due to software.

I should also be able to get 40% off pay as you go handsets too. Let me know what you are interested in and I'll check.

Check out phone reviews on: http://www.gsmarena.com lots of guff as its a public site but good for checking features and the general feeling about the phone in the reviews.
