Mr Momo, they're Speedline Corse wheels that were made specifically for the Vxr220. Apparently they're no longer made although I've heard you can still get sets through vauxhall.

I was after a set of these but i think they are now rarer than hens teeth and cost and arm and a leg when they do come up on eBay

Yep rarer than rocking horse sh*t. Great wheels, god knows why Speedline don't make them, between Vaux and Lotus I'm sure theres a big enough demand to justify it.
