To be honest, phone them... they are not the best at returning calls.
I phoned twice last week and asked for a return call... ended up calling them again. That was to servicing dept and warranty dept.

Darren their parts guy is very quick, however he asked their service manager to sort my roof out aboiut a week ago, no contact yet...

thanks for reply. will wait and see what happens. graeme is really good at getting back to me, just seems to be a bottleneck at the service end in my experience, things go missing. i guess i just need to learn to keep chasing them

I finally got the 111S stickers that go above the side repeaters 2 weeks ago from the JM bodyshop after I chased them up. This was from the respray warranty claim that I put in on the 11th March 2006!!

just got a call from MMC, they are taking the car in next Saturday

getting a courtesy car too

... feel really bad for bothering them to be honest.

does the standard lotus warranty that i have cover bodywork? didnt know this!!!
