Give them the spark plugs back, ask for your old ones. There was obviously nothing wrong with the old ones, because fitting the new ones made it no better

Lowest common denomenator is that MMC are sh*t with cars.
They cannot diagnose problems, they take too long, they sh*t you on the phone and they break the fcuk thing before giving it back (see my previous posts).
Just why do none of us want to post our experience in the meets section
As I said before - if we have no intention of taking action, why complain on this forum?
