The SIDC day seems to have good effect on everyone who attended. Hope more virgins will venture onto the track this season. Its a crime not to track your Lotus. Tracking does not not always mean crashing or intimidation.

More SEers the merrier.

Andy

I forgot to mention, excellent driving on Sat!

Let me know if you fancy a spin in the 360 one day soon.

Be seeing you.

GregR wrote:Then the tyres. Whoever was in the white 111R was ahead of me whilst I had Jamie (Hi Jamie btw :wavey) as a pax. We were hitting the chicane flat in 3rd and the 111R dabbed the brakes. I lifted and the car took a wee dive left and there was an almighty crunch. Damage aint too bad and as Mr Shooomer said, you wear it with pride! Would've made a great photo - anyone catch it?!
I was on the phone  stood right next to those chicane tyres, when I heard your sickening thump :( Couldn't tell at the time if it was the 111R or you...

Hey Guys,

What's next..? Looking forward to another trackday soon. :D

Hi, to all at KH on Sat, great to meet everyone, (although I only got round a few of the SE'rs, I hope to get round & say hi to more at the next trackday); Campbell, XCL, Catriona, Ed, Andy, sorry forgotten a few names...nice to meet you all. :thumbsup

I'll try and get round to begging a few pax laps next time too...Kenny, I hear you are a very experienced driver, and good to sit in with, hint, hint.. :D

GregR, do you think your car will be back on track soon..? The dink didn't look too bad on your car, but didn't know you had engine woes as well.. :?

BTW, any pics of my old Silver S1 elise on the track..? None in the gallery :(

Cheers,
Pete

Greg, I was enjoying lapping with you early doors (white exige).......sorry to hear how it ended up.

Awards time:

Having most fun - Andy/Greg
Trying hardest - Richie (your not trying if you don't spin.....thankfully I wasn't trying  )
Scariest moment - Tambo/Clare?
Best sound - kenny/mass?
Most nervous - me/cat?

Any more?

No, it just has the Lotus sports exhaust that came standard on CRs. Seems to be a lot louder and free flowing than the standard though.
