Greg - If it's owned by you and your other flat is in her name/joint names- you may be able to claim it as your Principle place of residence
That aside - if you were in the flat for the couple of years prior to November - you will get away with not having been in it for a for the last 7 months - as the last 36 months prior to disposal are always deemed periods of residence and you are allowed periods of absence to claim it a your PPR and avoid all CGT.
