Well an awesome couple of days.
Saturday night was great fun everyone on good form.
Sunday morning was feeling a bit rough, as were quite a few others which meant the briefing was possibly one of the most painful I have sat through but things did improve from then on.
Big thank you to all the SE massive for making both Sat night and Cadwell such fun.

Highlights were
Seeing Ed's car
Ed’s car working very well (for most of the day) :D
Group lapping all day long!
Pax lap with Ed in the red beast and giving it a bit of rough love (and not doing my hangover any good)
Andy giving RL a bit more rough love than RL could take - ending with a bit of one on one with a hay bail.
Big thank you to Shoomer for helping sort my brake issue
Following a very sideways Tut, Andy and Ed in the wet
Watching Ed give Tango a bit of rough love from afar (and noting the half foot long flame looks cool) 8)
Watching Ed give RL a bit of rough love!
Scotty getting very close to the barriers
My new route through mountain featuring liberal use of grass and going sideways over the mountain with Tut right behind admiring the new line!
Don’t think I have done such a fun track day for ages good to see everyone
:D
Delighted with the way Tango was running

Commiserations to Scotty and the issues he had

Big thank you to Brian for the lift :D

It was great to see all you guys, obviously enjoying yourselves out on track.

Hope you all had good journeys home, & look forward to meeting up again - how about an expedition to the LOT races at Donington, on 1st/2nd September? :D

Best trackday I've had in ages, and despite all the travelling, well worth it.

Spent loads of laps hooning about with Tut who could fly down the straights with the SC in full effect and then I'd have the really push it through the bends to catch him or try and build a lead (until the next straight!). Awesome fun!

Quality night out on Saturday, probably one too many for a 7am start though.

RLC was going well, although was very twitchy under braking!

Loved watching Ed and then Scotty out in it giving it hell. Ed seemed to be driving really well, and had the RLC hanging its ass out at the corners before mountain ! Scotty got a few laps chasing Gav Kirby which he seemed to enjoy - the RLC is a driver slut ;)

I had an off at the hairpin with Ed behind me. Got it sideways under braking and overcooked my correction, hitting a big foam bollard thing! Was laughing at it as all this water shot up in the air - should have it on video.

Some of the track stuff was epic though - dicing about with Ed, Tut, Jamie and Scotty was hilarious - we literally spent most of the day driving past everything out there, having little SE battles. I had the Archos in car so should have some highlights sorted soon.

Quality driving by all :D

Gutted the Exige ended up in Newcy and the 340R :(

Tut - hope you got back safely mate - what a drive home! Was delighted to get in to the dry.

Scotty - hope you got north ok this morning - thanks again for the wheels, rekon I'd have spent last night in a hedge if you hadn't bailed me out

Gutted that my vid failed again will try again to get some of it back but not looking good - would have had some quality sideways action from Tut and Ed plus my new line across the grass at montain :(

Lol @ shoomer!

I fecking love Cadwell! Was another epic SE trip, cheers very much indeed to all those who attended to make it so great! :thumbsup

Was great to meet Denis. :wave Was good to see a fellow exigers (Pesky et al). Cheers very much to Andy and Jamie for shots of their cars! RLC is a real handfull but soo much fun and Jamies car is awesome. Managed to spin in the RLC but kept it on the black stuff! Mine was going really well in the dry but i struggled a bit in the wet. Still having excess heat issues so have got lots planned in that department. Had some great laps with most of SE which was fantastic! Cheers to Dan for the brake fluid and the torque wrench! Thanks also to shoomer for putting up with my driving and to Scotty for the lift from dans.

Cant wait to do it all again SOON!
cheers Ed :thumbsup

Def think chopping some holes in the rear clam will help loads (most SCed cars seem to run like that now)

Just on the News.

Parts of Louth being evacuated this morning as the Town is partly flooded, first time that the river has overflowed its banks in 15 years.

Just like the other said, what a great weekend.

This track is one of the best I have done.

Car was going good in the morning, I think I have a drive shaft problem (bloody hondas) Thanks to Andy and Tut for a shot of there cars in the afternoon meant I went home with a smile.

Don't think there was much in it between Tut, Ed, Jamie, Andy and myself. Not sure if any of us got passed all day.

Roll on FF6

Ps thanks to Andy for the bed for the night?

Flooding has already begun to affect some areas.

About 50 homes and businesses in Louth, Lincolnshire have being evacuated, with occupants moving to an emergency centre.

We escaped in time gents :D :D :D

I wonder how our tarty barmaid is?
