Not just the servicing that is cheap. Went on a run tonight that took me through Rosyth (is that classed as Fife ?) Passed the Shell garage selling unleaded at 91.9p a litre.

I once know a bloke fae Kirkcaldy who was that tight, that when he dropped a 10p piece, he bent down so quick it hit him on the back of the heid
