Elises at BTCC KH on Sunday

Post by Corranga » Tue Sep 04, 2007 2:02 pm

I spied a red S2 parked on the hill, and then later in the huge queue to leave, and also what looked like a dark purple S2 also waiting to leave, both near 'Carlube'

I'm willing to bet that no one saw me at all since I was parked pretty much as far from the circuit as possible in the car park on the left of the entry road, right down the bottom...

jonnymito: you got a Pistol Heads sticker on your car? I Walked right behind you :)

Yup, mine is an R plate.

It was a great day although BTCC isn't a patch on the first few years it was at KH.

 Brilliant, I thought the first thing someone would have said was " Is your car the one with the ridiculous bubble filled stripes on it?"
:D

Another purple S2 here at BTCC. I was parked way over the back behind the Carlube stand. I tried leaving about 4:00pm round the back of the circuit, but it took over an hour just to get to the road!

Noticed a couple of other Elises about (Red with white stripes was about 30 cars behind me as I was trying to leave).

Good day though and what a change to see the sun at Knockhill!
