Help, more bits needed (scrounge content)

Had and incident with a big feck off bird on the way to Ef on sat. Just outside the concorde place. Hit it at about 60mph and it blootered the o/s driving lamp off. So i need the lamp and the fitting bracket. Anyone know of one going cheap (no jokes please). Does Yvo sell them??

Also, the exhaust manifold has started to blow a bit under load again. So need one of these too. If anyone knows of one for sale (or even a 4 branch) let me know.

And lastly. If i get a manifold, the old probe is siezed onto the old one, so i'll be needing one of these. Anyone know of a cross reference part number?? If poss i'd rather get a Rover part complete with the plug, but i'll take one of the bosch ones that you have to wire up yourself if one's not avaliable.

P.s, normally i'd have more self respect as to get on my knees and scrounge like a barsteward, but i'm moving house and the gf's buying useless woman housey crap like there's no tomorrow. So i'm gonna have to scrimp on the car for a few months.
