Full Scottish; bacon, eggs, sausages and a collection of fungi, fruit and entrails to bed it down. All fried in lard and served with thickly buttered toast.
Sets you up for a sleep followed by a heart attack.
Loverly.

I'll sometimes have Weetabix... but the application of the milk is
critical. "Weetabix served on a bed of milk", best describes it

The bottom half milk-sodden the top half crunchy-dry!
[awaits suitable innuendos]
Weetabix should also anitsocial. ie. do not allow the distraction of conversation or you'll end up with slop

Currently on a mixture of the Nigerian (or in actual fact South African) versions of corn flakes, bran, museli and those oaty puffs and hoops...
Every bite is like Forrest's 'box of chocolates'.
'Proper' UK stuff here is a tad on the expensive side.
A wee box of Special K is around 1,500 Naira which is £6.

Weetabix is king. I used to have 6 for breakfast when I was a nipper (they would sook almost a full pint of milk). A wee bit sugar on top but best with fresh raspberries (sorry but they turn the milk pink).
Slurp....
Shredded Wheat on the other hand is the work of the devil. Even Ian Botham couldn't sell me on those...
