The Meguiars stuff is pretty good and I've not found any reason to try anything else. There are a few options on the website I've posted above, but you can also get the Meguiars clay in Halfrauds. It comes in a pack with the lubricant spray detailer stuff. You'll probably not use the whole bottle of that, but it's handy to keep for quick detailing, like washing off bird crap or whatever.Ricky_111R wrote: Gonna do the car again this weekend if its nice aswell, whats good clay to use???
The Autoglym super resin polish is a kind of mix between a polish and a wax, which is why you won't get as deep a shine with it. If you clay, then apply a polish, you'll get rid of light swirl marks and tar, etc. Then use a sealant to aid in the nice deep shine and a coat or two of wax will build up a really deep, reflective finish.

Just polished the car again today to get a better finish. Used TurtleWax Super NanoTech today, and must say the end result is better than Auto Glym (maybe only because it was just polished yesterday tho). Found the NanoTech stuff alot more difficult to remove....Ended up taking twice aslong to polish compared to yesterday
But must admit the end result is one that i am proud of, would take more pics but the weather is a little iffy

I washed my 'Liz in July.... please don't embarass me in to washing it again.
Actually, I might wash it again in the mid-near future as I might change the stickers or something.. so will need to be fairly clean. None of this clay stuff though...
