It's not quite as ugly as I first thought it was.
I'm starting to warm to it now.

I love it. Wee Robbie got a blast in one down at the factory. He said it was amazing.

He seems quite pleased with it [my entry for the understatement of the year competition].

Oh, and if I squint I think I can see an S3 Elise in those photos.

em, you meant an S2 surely?
It's really grown on me, well for the graphics, the reviews I've read have all been very positive.

No, mean an S3. Just a guess, but I recon there will a degree of common ground between the 211 and the S3 (if and when).
S3 will be a bit calmer of course.
We will have to wait and see.

Saw Tony Schute (?) Lotus guy driving one at a hillclimb in engerland a few weeks ago . . . 340R is more of a head turner I think . . . interestingly he was getting reamed on times by cars what should not have been able to (S1 elise fex) and they were all, in turn, being reamed by 1960's Lotus 7's . . .
Lawrence tells me it's not the car's fault . . .

Know MMC have a demo car on the way....
Be interested to see how they accommodate the 2-11 in LOTRDC as they are looking to calm class B to 240hp and slightly heavier base weight. maybe get Gav to eat some pies over the winter
