You are right mate as I said earlier you need to get used to the banter on here just give them the

as any other S2 owner does when they start their S1 faction. Neil loves S2s often seen sitting in them and occaisionally driving them with a smile.
His S1 is a lovely car though and he can certainly drive it all right at maximum tuts. See all Lotus cars are nice and most of their owners.

What tyres are on it just now? Same brand all round, tyre pressures all oK ?
Focus ST estate, i3s and more pushbikes than strictly necessary.
....did i ever tell you about the Evora and VX220 i used to own?

speed bump?? there's a few vicious ones at braehead that catch you out easy... Rumour has it you can put a dab of nail varnish on to stop the paint flaking too much.

Wish it was a speedbump that did it as i may have an excuse , was on the phone and was parking up to the biggest kerb in glasgow!!!!!!!!!!!! think i went too close?

been phoning around for tyres today struggling with front ones as they are 175/55/16 is this normal???

yea, standard s2 run that size but you can choose something else though... Origional s1 had 195F 225R and i run those sizes on my S2. Lotus changed to the narrower front to make the car understeer more.
I run 195/50/R16 fronts on my std s2 rims fine, although this is at the limit of what toyo recommend as a rim size for the t1-r or r888 tyres.

so what am i looking for is 195/50/R16 on the front and 225/45/R17 on the back with t1-r's????

Yup, those sizes are what im running on my s2
Macs choice of ad07's is very valid too though.

just spoke to someone there who will supply all round t1-r's for £384 is that about right
