Hey, that looks like an '04 Mini to me not an '05! Here was me thinking you had the bargain of the year getting an '05 one for under £12k! Means the ones I've seen seem a bit better.

Dave knows he wants to and a quick chat with a friendly mortgage advisor on monday evening will quickly sort out whether one will or not!

I fear I am probably going to need to put down as much of a deposit as i can, so may have to wait another 6 months to a year, but if its at all doable now, then it will be done, however I might just have to have a year off

Jim, I am doing my research on the Westie, as its a good looking quick car and hopefully the involving kind of drive I am looking for. Rossybee has also sorted me out with a whole load of 7 stuff, but price wise I dont think I am going to get the model I want!!!! Hmmmm CSR260!

The CSR260 is the thick end of £40k which is silly money for any 7 in my book (unless it's got an RST-V8 up front :love ), plus it & the SV are wide chassis models which you don't need, all that space goes against the 7 ethos for me (just fitting my fat-ar$e into a narrow-chassis faction)

Jim's Westie is a very nice example (much as it pains me to say :P ), I have been known to joke about sounding like a hairdrier in the past, but he knows the tongue's firmly in cheek - worth a look & comparing with a Catering Van, you'll nearly always get more for the same money with a Westie    <hangs head in shame>

If any of this gets out I'll be lynched from the club :protest :damnfunny

Ross, I know couldnt afford a CSR260 even if you gave me your RS6 to part ex!!! There was one for sale at 35k!!!

I have wasted many and hour today already staring and comparing and I am so tempted, let the meeting on monday night be positive!

I need track fix again!!!
