Yip up for this as well.

Brings back fond memories of the single venue rallies i did there. The yump and the dive down the railway embankment were

The date is now set as April 26th. Dependant of course on enough numbers, 7's and SIDC are of course welcome :D

I had voted for the 19th to get things rolling, so the Poll is really a tie.Anyway it turns out the19th is a mate's wedding. Not to bothered about the wedding, but need my name down for it to make the stag

Gordon has cofirmed the cost of the day will be £525 plus individual membership at £20.

Once I've spoken to the committee about the finer details of things in the next day or so, I'll post up the membership form and where to send it etc....

Please put my name down on the list.

Is the membership valid for a year?

I drove to the track today to check it out. It looked more like an outside kart track. Should be fun on an Exige/Elise!

Yup, it's tight, twisty and pretty 3d; should be a great track for a bit of fun in an elise/exige/atom and defiantly is in a 7 :D

Saturday April 26th is now booked for SE! It's still provisional pending me sending them a deposit, but this means no one else can jump in and get this date in the next week or so.

The cost of the day remains at £525 for the track inc their insurance plus £20 for EACC membership. Membership runs from January to December.

As stated above, the cost per person of hiring the track will not be known until the numbers are finalised. If you want to go, please send me a completed EACC membership form from here:

http://www.eastayrshirecc.co.uk/join.html

As well as a cheque written out to East Ayrshire Car Club Ltd for £30 - £20 for club membership (Remember, as a member you can take part in EACC organised track days - see the calendar on their site) and a £10 deposit for the day. The balance of the per person hire cost can be paid on the day once final numbers are known. I will collate the memberships and payments so I know exactly what's happening before giving them to EACC in batches. If you are already an EACC member, or wish to join them right now! please just send the £10 deposit and drop me a PM so I have a note of it. Please send all cheques to:

Alternatively, if you wish to pay by PayPal you can send the payment to me at and I will send EACC one cheque for all the monies collected this way. If doing this, please add the 3.4% PayPal will take off of me - I don't fancy paying it on a potential £1k

Please remember to include your forum name with your payment to keep things simpler for me.

As stated in the first post, the plan for the day is to arrive at 9.30 for a 10am start. Break for lunch and resetting the track direction at 12 and finish up for 4.30. One car on track at all times for three laps at a time before rejoining the queue for another run. Unlimited number of runs. The day will be limited to 30 drivers.

I'll leave the dinner and drinks plans until nearer the time, but Shug, Nizzy and I have plenty of space to crash, Friday night here as well if your travelling far (tut?!).

You can get me on (not likely TBH), via PM or the email address above if need be.

Where is Kames? Not too far from Edinburgh and Glasgow!

Depending on the numbers of SE'rs, we can open it up to SIDC and the 7's closer to the date. Now roll on April :drive

Turn up and drive John. You will of course need a helmet though.

Cheque in the post. Membership form straight to EACC with £20 in case I can sneak a practice trackday in before. Can't find a calender on their site so not sure if it will be possible.

I am 10 minutes from the circuit so if anyone needs under cover car parking space / bed for the night / indoor storage space for breakdowns they are welcome.
