Waved!
Gary.
Welcome to the forum, how are you finding it out of the city? me and my wife are toying with the idea of moving to the countryside. Sick of paying the Edi premium for almost everything.SteveCowen wrote:Hi Gary
Was me - a long time lurker here, and not a prolific poster! Roof was on as was on the way home from w**k, and frankly can't escape quickly enough! Just moved out to Dolphinton, so the A702 is now my daily commute, which is much more fun than Ferry Road ever was.
Cheers,
Steve

No worries Steve, I know exactly where you are and can walk it in a few mins - may pop in at the weekend. Nice use of wood on the build btw.SteveCowen wrote:Gary - Living out of town (for all of 2 months now) is MUCH better than Leith. At least when we hear noises outside we're not scared of the local wildlife chucking bricks through our windows! The commute can be a bit frustrating, admittedly, since most road users now seem to think that overtaking is illegal! But still better than Ferry Road. One of the best things is not paying Edinburgh Council tax - bunch of car haters! South Lanarkshire are probably as big a bunch of crooks, but I don't know that yet...
Del - Where about are you? We are in the new build next to the village hall. Drop in if you're passing!
