Where you coming from Ed?

Should be no problem if you can be there for about half 5.

Make sure you have the rear towing eye fitted then!

Was considering a last minute call as a shakedown for the new engine, but looks seriously unlikely now (thanks to alcoholism at the weekend )

That's a good plan. Think I'll do the same.

I'll be there

In one car or another - how serious is this towing eye rule - done a boat load of track days without a rear towing eye and whilst I might end up in the gravel at KH sooner or later I haven't done so yet (actually I have once, but the car drove back out of the gravel on the tracks it made on the way in, so no towing required.

If we're going to need them is Stu going to be bringing up a bag of them for sale and fitment on the night? I'll bring the 13mm spanner :-)

Cheers,
Robin

Robin,
I think the rear tow eye was an SE proactive thing, not compulsory. Front would be required.

Ali

Was planning on paying on the day as my car is being serviced that day.

Also I have no front towing eye :( think MMC will stock them? Gave Rich some cash for a tow rope and was planning on buying those rear tow things from Stu on the day.... is this a sound enough plan, or is a front one needed?

Still places,

if you want to book provisionally then register on http://www.cemotorsport.co.uk and click book, that way I'll have a better idea of numbers.

Robin & Ali,

the rear towing eye will be made compulsory, but there will have to be a period for everyone to get one fitted. But yes, hopefully Stu will bring a load along :)
