She sits in the garage with the little miles I use her for so, I'm probably gonna get a cheaper Elise for around the £10K mark which is easier to justify to myself (S1 160 or possibly a cheap/early S2). Thankfully, I'm under no great pressure from Mrs G to sell.... so the price is set accordingly as I can't say that I would be particularly unhappy if I kept her for another summer. She is wearing my private plate which would need to come off at the time of sale.
Anyway, 1 previous owner, sold by MMC both times.
Saffron Yellow, 53-plate.
14K Miles (previous owner put just 9.5K on in 3yrs, I've done just 4.5K since last January).
FSH.. all MMC stamps apart from the latest one which was Ali/SLS in December. That was an 'A' but I also had the belts done.
Taxed/Tested (MOT'd until Jan 2009)
Had a new radiator & fan unit fitted in January under warranty by MMC as the fan seized which caused the radiator to pop.
Had new front disks at 9500 plus new pads all round due to a mix up in my favour at the MMC workshop (it really just needed new front pads)
I've had the rear diffuser powder-coated black.
I've fitted the Anti-Rattle door pins.
Hood is in good nik.. and I tentwaxed it in the summer.
As far as I'm aware, all the yellow 135R's are '04 Model Year Elises (minor changes though)... mine certainly is an 04MY anyway. Think the silver/blue ones are the previous MY.
This is #124 of the 130.
The usual 135R bits, plus Larini ClubSport (round tailpipes) & Piper Viper Carbon Induction Kit.
Running on T1R's just now as the weather has been gash. Changed them from 48's as I was getting sick of the weather last summer (and there was that shortage of LTS 48's which didn't help). You're lucky if these tyres have done 2K...
