If there's any spaces left ~now that I have a Car to drive other than the shed or a bike put my name down too
although I'd appreciate if could glean some advice/tuition from some of you more experianced Lotus Drivers as it'll be my first time on track
Sure I can talk Lachlan into comming alone too ~he has registered here but appears just to be lurking

Re: SE Kames II - Sat 21 June
yup, although KH is probably better run off wise, and there are instructors on hand.
I'd wait for John S to post up the next SIDC day, get signed up

Have you now got the list of drivers you have booked on for the 21st?

I don't know driving in another way which isn't risky. Each one has to improve himself. Each driver has its limit. My limit is a little bit further than other's.

In terms of trackdays i'd say SIDC is definitely the one to go for, but as a comparative novice compared to Mr G i still find that i'm not quick enough to enjoy the SIDC events as much as you guys do. Now much of this will be down to confidence / lack of talentPaoloMcFoulo wrote:Thanks Andy, I'll look out for it!Andy G wrote:yup, although KH is probably better run off wise, and there are instructors on hand.

So in conclusion........Paul get your arse down to Kaimes and then get booked up once you see how easy it is

Focus ST estate, i3s and more pushbikes than strictly necessary.
....did i ever tell you about the Evora and VX220 i used to own?

but i think for a complete track newbie Kaimes has a lot to offer. You've got no pressure of people behind you and you can concentrate on getting your own trust and confidence up on track. The run-offs (or lack thereof) scare the sh*t out of you when you first see them but so long as you're sensible and build up your speed you'd be fine. When you consider we had 30 SE'ers on track last time and not a single major off i think that tells it's own story.
So in conclusion........Paul get your arse down to Kaimes and then get booked up once you see how easy it is
