I had that once, think it was SIDC, maybe charity pax rides. Young chap went very quiet and turned a greenish shade of white.
We made it back to the pits OK but I shut his visor just in case...

Webber did that in japan last year due to bug you can understand why he was pissed with vettel when he hit him under a safty car :puke
