anyone got super tips on how to remove a front discs that is seized on?
I've tried tapping the centre of the disc from behind, but still not wanting to move and i dont want to risk damaging the hub assembly/ bearings etc by sledgehammering it!
not really wanting to use WD40 either as i want to be able to stop at some point when out on a run/ track!

S1 - there's no screw.
You just have to give it some rough love sometimes - mine always seem to fall off. That said, I tend to use a light smear of copaslip when they go back on.

Have you removed the calliper ? sounds stupid but recent stories regarding people working on their brakes I have to ask.
Big dead blow hammer, kick it etc. (but not off jack/axel stands)

Do you not give your poor bearings a hard enough time without spit-roasting them?

S1 has old skool studs (off a metro) to locate the disc, as opposed to the chocolate fecking splined bolts the S2 uses.

ah so, wondered where the bearings were.
Obviously it would not do the bearing grease much good.

Best thing would be hammer the disc at the outside edges ie: 3 o'clock then 9 o'clock, 12 then 6 etc etc, hit it pertty hard and it will come off.
