I have AA breakdown cover inc relay but not home. This covers me in the event of the car I am in breaks down weather it's my car or not. I take it that the extra cover for up to £500 repair is for your own car/cars and you must be the registered owner?

You do not have to be the registered owner, but you can only have one nominated car covered on the policy.

Just had to claim again after a rear wheel bearing collapse, which also knackered the MMC disk.

Was not expecting the car back until next week from John Duthie, but he just bought it round with the front anti roll bar bushes also replaced, courtesy of Yvo Tuk, so off for a road run tomorrow with Craig and some of the Aberdeen bunch.

Tut, with the amount of claims that you seem to have......do you have to change your name to get that AA cover?

Quite the opposite Campbell, I have my own guy in the claims department, and he says that I help to keep him in a job.

He also told me that there are changes a foot in the next couple of months, and that we will be able to include more than one car for Parts and Labour on a family policy.
