An old SS-R member looking for some people!

Post by Driftysteve » Tue Jul 15, 2008 2:31 pm

Hello all!!

Most of you probably have no Idea who I am but Im hoping that you may be able to help me get back in touch with a few old friends!!

My name is Steve Hannah and I used to be in a car club called SS-R, I owned a Greddy Turbocharged MX5 and used to attend track days etc etc all the time along with a Guy Called Iain (skynet - used to have a yellow s2 elise) and another guy called Kirk Turnbull who I believe still drives a Lotus Exige S2 !!

Does anyone know these guys or where I can get hold of them for a catch up ???

If they are in here or anyone who knows them sees this topic please could you help me get in touch with them :)

Thanks Guys!

P.S awesome little forum you have here !!

Haha ! yes indeed, I used to be a VAG man owning a few golfs and polo's actually there was even a scirocco in there at some point too but after getting the MX5 and turbocharging it I was hooked!!

I very nearly bought a nice silver S1 elise when I sold my rx7 but it turned out to be a bit of a dog of a car and was very very tatty so ended up buying the Pulsar instead and blowing the rest of the money on rubbish!! :(

I kinda wish I had held off for another elise though as Ive always wanted one after being out round KH in Iain's S2 !!

Entry fee will be circa £10 (+ club membership, which is not too much)

Keep an eye on the motorsport section, there will be more events throught the autumn.
