I don't know driving in another way which isn't risky. Each one has to improve himself. Each driver has its limit. My limit is a little bit further than other's.

I run SE in outlook on my second monitor :P as it's easier to hide lol, It doesn't look as conspicuous as an internet explorer menu bar, If I could only find a extremly low/no graphics skin that would be even better as a big bunch of smilies looks conspicuous (in my defence I only look when I am post processing a 3D milling program*) and I have used SE to solve some work related problems lol

*Just incase my boss see's this

Oh and I'm on my holidays so no problems today :D

I was a mere 59 year old then Mass, had not driven a car for six years and that used to be a Pug diesel, so a prime candidate for an early off.

However getting away with that and then using an Instructor for my first KH sessions, gave me a good grounding in what the Elise was capable of, and also what was going to catch you out.

I also discovered Andrew Walsh shortly after when he first started out with tuition, so did several road and track sessions with him.

Perhaps this baptism of fire thing has some credence...

My first run was with Tut, Scotty & Ali - not exactly pedestrian of pace... I was daft enough to try and keep up - failed mostly, but took waaay too many risks trying. Looking back, it's a miracle I didn't go off somewhere.

Sooooooooo just to update everyone I have decided not to use the car cover other than when I'm away on hols etc, and so far this has proved quite successful.
Unless it is bucketing it down I am going out in the elise more :thumbsup
Feel alot happier about owning it as i'm actually using it now :D
