Top Gear this Sunday

Post by Andy G » Fri Jul 25, 2008 4:18 pm

Top Gear meets up with its Teutonic counterpart for a series of challenges to see who rules the motoring show roost. The fact that our old friend Sabine Schmitz is on the German team means we might be following British sporting tradition by crashing out in the first round. James, meanwhile, will be doing his very best not to mention the war.

As with the last few sundays, quick gathering of mate, much munchies spread around(Last week, hit Asda and bought all the old school sweets i.e. sherbet dib dabs, refresher bars etc and god are they sweet), chill and watch it. Sunday nights are always sorted with topgear.

The best programme on telly. Along with the girls of playboy mansion!

When i grow up, i want a job presenting top gear. Its just a shame ill never grow up.

S29ttc - Good call on the sweets. Did asda sell 10p space raiders? I wonder if they still are 10p?? They have been the same price for about the last 30 years
S1 Elise - Shed spec
330d - Dog carrying spec

The TG team turning up in Spitfires was brilliant, as was Hammonds bad winner celebration.

Still not as good as they could make it i reckon, but upset it's the last of the current series.

Seems like it only started a couple weeks ago.

Did he really beat him by .01 ??????

Don't get me wrong I still like it. It just puts me off when they build things up and then they seem to win by the smallest margin's.

I, for once, quite enjoyed the SIARPC bit, at least JK has some enthusiasm for cars unlike some of the arses they usually have on the show.
