Pikey lodge with a bar is fine for me on the Englandshire leg.

folembray = http://www.campanile-saint-quentin.fr/en/index.aspx its about 25 miles north of the circuit, but its in a nice town, plenty parking, and its where Paul always books

Abbeville = theres a crappy little motel next door, or some chains in abbeville town. details on the circuit guide page

snett = http://www.activehotels.com/hotel/brochure/en/222068 thats place is nice, but its on road parking. bound to be a travel inn if you prefer

Oulton = either the premier inn at northwich or the http://www.alvanleyarms.co.uk/Home

I hope you guys have a good time, i think i am more likely to go for a ring trip in october rather than this. I reserve the right to change my mind though.

Andy, any news from Paul yet?

As for accommodation, I don't mind staying at a local travel lodge as all I do is wash and sleep over. If booked in advance, they are cheap at only £19.00 per night.

Ed, thanks for the heads up, booked the Oulton day just now, and there are now only 7 places left so if you are going better move fast.

Take care,

Hi Guys

Paul G has just got back in the Uk and was driving when i called him.

He's going to call me back this afternoon.

At that stage I'll reserve places for everyone that has confirmed so far, and will let you know the details of how to pay etc.

I see Cisco has booked Oulton. There are 7 places left in the shop, but 13 left on the attendees list - so I'll try and make sure that I get a place for everyone reserved.

Thanks for the heads up on the price hikes after Aug 1st :thumbsup

Will let you know how I go

Andy, are you reserving spaces for us all at Oulton and Snetterton or should I go ahead and book my own places now?

Hi Paul

Spurred in to action by Oulton starting to look busy, could I reserve places for the following;

All 4 trackdays - (Folembray(25/10/08), Abbeville (26/10/08), Snetterton (27/10/08), Outlton (28/10/08))
1. Andy Gordon
2. Greg Rolfe
3. Robin Iddon
4. Scott Cruikshank
5 Peter B
6 Donald Watt
7 Neil Patterson
8 Clarkie
9 Paul Anderson (in the mule)

Snetterton and Oulton
1. Mass
2. Kenny
3. Jamie
4. Malcolm Donohoe

Just let me know the easiest way administratively for you to sort this out, and I’ll instruct the guys for payment.

Do you want me to have them send you cheques for payment etc?

I’ll get them to tag the cheques “Scottish Elises October Trip” if that would help the admin side of it?

Will post Paul's reply when it comes through :thumbsup :cheers
