As I read the posted regs, no modification is allowed to supercharged 2-11 suspension.

This will encompass all suspension items including shocks, irrespective of the earlier clause relevant to other cars in this class.

As I read it...

Take care,

Frank

PS Good luck if you go racing next year Scotty, there is a good bit of video on exiges.com of the na 2-11's racing posted by Damon. Looks great.

Cheers,

2-11 has to be almost completely standard...
And that's the way it should be kept Scotty, don't go tinkering quite so soon eh :thumbsup

I have fitted AP 295 brakes and will fit the rear spoiler, apart from that it will stay the same. I want/ need to change the engine mounts but can't do that until Lotus come out with the upgrade. I can not fit after market components as yet

Really looking forward to it, just hope I can carry the SE flag as well as the boys have done in the past.

It will be a hard class with Donnelly, Walshy, Steve williams and a few others?

Guys looks like a excellent trip missed :(

Scotty, whats up with the engine mounts and did you ever get the fuel starvation from Ledenon sorted?

Good luck for next year mate, make sure you post up some dates :thumbsup

(that's why I think Mike will do fine, that and his lack of imagination).

Engine has a LOT of movment. Fuel issue is ongoing.

Think I will be doing Lotus cup Europe rounds and maybe a couple more, depending on how well I do and money.

Geo etc. can be changed though, I guess ride height could be reduced alot...

So the SE 10th Birthday Bash at Donnie will have an extra significance then eh!

I take it there are essentially 2 flavours to Elise racing next year, then...the regular Elise Trophy across UK and the Cup Europe stuff at Donnie, Brands and mainland Europe?

[maybe better we take this across to the Motorsport thread now, mind you!]

I'd be leaving the car as is, like you say. You've been driving it that way for a while now and should be pretty used to it and confident in the handling. If you change it, it will take time to get used to again. Small improvements could help though. :thumbsup

All the instruction and time behind the wheel you've had will make you much quicker anyway. :thumbsup
