Was on the phone to the old man for 1/2 an hour when he posted.
He seems ok but maybe that was the drugs, his story of his day had me in tears with laughter.
Take care I will try and get up to see you next week ( I have a large collection of mags for you

)

Thanks Scotty. However his laughter was at yesterdays fall not todays.
Some of you may know that part of my disability is occasional incontinence. I was on the phone in the kitchen when the need hit, so ran for the bathroom, but was too late. I was already pulling my tracksuit down with one hand, other hand under the bum, then tripped on the step upto the toilet, fell heavily on my elbow and cut and bruised it, but worse of all, unlike today where I was lying in white snow, this time it was in the brown stuff.
Thank goodness nobody else was in the house, and Khan was in the garden.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck - but this story made worse by you living in such a bl**dy gigantic house - in our wee flat you would easily make it to the loo....
Best wishes for speedy recovery, Brian J
