Tut, hope you get well soon. As always you don't do anything by halves. Just surprised it wasn't an air ambulance.

I'm sure Khan will soon get used to it.........getting in the boot that is. My neighbours Spaniel will jump in any boot, also jumped on top of the Audi engine when I was filling the washer bottle thinking it might be a boot.

Worth giving this a go - Once he's learned that the lead means he's getting a walk and therefore a good thing, chuck the lead in first and he'll learn to follow. Can take a while especially if he doesn't like the lead to start with.

Bloody hell tut. Hope you recover quickly. The number times you've dinged a Lotus and not really hurt yourself then your dog knocks you out of a car and you break your pelvis! You now have something in common with Jonathan Ross as you've both got the winter off.

Take care you old mad man. Ashley sends her best wishes too.

Well Tut you never do it by halves do you. Just when Verian thought the kids were mostly grown up eh ;-)

There is also a wee bit too much information on the latter "accident", thanks for sharing, but I'll send Eilidh up to coach you as her toilet training is going pretty well. Will also send some size 5 nappies with her, you can probably shoehorn your svelt wee frame into one of those if the need arises ;-)

On a serious note, I am sorry to hear of your woes and am only taking the p!ss cos I know you can take it old fella. Get well soon. Again (!!)

As I am confined to a massage chair and bed at the moment, I appreciate the well wishes from everybody, and of course I would take it as an affront if it was all serious and nobody was taking the p$$s out of me.

However I am earning my living, just spent hours going through Villas, flights etc in Orlando for the family and hangers on, and booked one in June that they should be happy with.

Also this Netbook has a built in Webcam and Skype installed, so been chatting away to friends and family around the world in full colour video, as they all seem to be on Skype. Great quality and sound and all for free.

Just been talking to a very special friend from Oman, Hamed Nassah, who was my crewman through most of the war before he started going up in rank. Have not seen him for 24 years since my last visit there. He was a Corporal when I first met him in '70 and has just retired a Major General.

Verian is cooking a roast beef dinner for the family as Clare is home as well to help look after me.

tut

ps just watching the qualifying from Brazil. Coultards helmet webcam is neat.
