Overall I had I great afternoon. Out drove my abilities early on, was getting too cocky late braking with these new pads, went into duffus too hot, lifted off and then pirouetted, a bit of ploughing, started it up and drove back on track without too much disruption. Time for a whalshy day I think. From there on I knew my limit and kept too it. I must be one of the lucky ones, I never had any trouble with any other cars, the ones I did come up behind moved over swiftly, but there weren't that many  and as above I leapt over as soon as I could to let the faster ones through. I really enjoyed the later part of the session, I seemed to have a part of the track to myself and didn't have to move over as much.

I loved the look of the scabbing BMW, first bemmer I'd ever seen with some character :D :D

If people are saying that was a bad one, can't wait till the next one, I'll be back :thumbsup

ok.... we're narrowing the problem cars/drivers down now :)

Purple corsa, the quartet of racing fiestas and a straight line hero supra. Any more?

Kev - glad you had a good afternoon.

The Supra overall wasnt bad driving...just not really getting the whole thing about moving over.
I think with a bit more practice, a bit of a word, there'd be no problem with him.

As for the others - the fiestas I only came across on track when they were on their own, so didnt witness any racing, and I didnt come across the corsa either

I have to agree with the comments about the quantity of red flags, ut as has been mentioned, it was never the same person twice. Wit 50 (ish?) cars out on track, there are going to be uincidents, breakdpwns etc, one of those things, but frustrating all the same.

Notwithstanding that, I mnaged 114 miles, 40 of those in one stint, with an almost clear track, so it wasn't THAT bad!

Conditions were perfect, really got to grips with the car now (was my 4th track day in it), and found most people were happy to move over at suitable points.

A couple of the Fiestas were a tad annoiying, and the Purple Corsa scared me. There was a Clio Williams whose brakes were on fire, and definitely on the ragged edge, I backed off because i thought they were going to bin it in front of me!

Great day, can't wait for next year!

Cammy, no problem. The traffic was very heavy and I did not fancy you bumping into the back of SLR so I let you by. I liked your car :thumbsup
