Re: F1
Finally a moment worth watching, the ferarri pit when they realised that every devious, unjust, cheating, FIA endorsed, disgusting trick is worth jack . . . priceless.
All the whining, bitching, backhand payments and dodgy deals take nothing away from Hamilton and McLaren, they won, despite all the efforts to stop it, they won . . .
. . . a good day . . .

Re: F1
Great race and over the piece Hamilton deserves the title, just. I guess there'll be all sorts trying to discredit the achievement now; Ferrari pit crew performance etc. He's not everyones cup of tea but when you consider that this is what they have been focussing on for a number of years you've got to take your hat off. Massa had a good year and would also have been a deserved winner so in that respect I have sympathy for him and his family (especially after being shown around the world celebrating the title only to be told seconds later that they hadn't actually won it) although I have very little sympathy for Ferrari. Their conduct throughout the year was appalling and has played a major part in how Hamilton has been portrayed by the media. The spying scandal was lat year, get over it. What's wrong with being single-minded? What's wrong with pursuing your dream? What's wrong with being confident sometimes arrogant? The Hamilton's earned their place at the F1 big table through his talent and their determination to support which ultimately attracted Mclaren's sponsorship at a young age. Talent aside there's far more substance in that than some playboy/rich kid who buys his way in with very little personal sacrifice.
Personally I think the whole Hamilton story is inspiring; how many people actually get to live their dream?

Re: F1
I laughed myself into a painful stupor when I saw the Ferrari garage jumping for joy only to be told Hamilton had finished in 5th
As for DC? Says it all really
Slightly irksome when big Ron thanked all the fans in England though. Not going to win the hearts & mids in Taffyland or Jockland with that sort of thoughtless remark.

Loved seeing the moment of realisation in the Ferrari garage! That was the best moment for me too.
Really chuffed at how it worked out, a British champion after 12yrs of drought
Shame for DC - you almost sensed it was building-up to a first corner retirement... that helmet cam was cool.
