2005 E46 M3 cheap! - now gone

Advertising on behalf of a friend... seen a couple of threads on here recently about people talking about picking up a cheap M3? A mate is about to trade his M3 for an Audi Q7 and has been offered an absurb trade in value for a 2005 car. Even though the salesman has told him that he's basically being ripped off, he's going to accept it He's would like £13k+ for it but realitically the closer he gets to the trade in date, anything is a bonus. I'm not going to share the trade in price but lets say it's significently lower than what he would like...as in I would be embarrassed to offer it
He drives his works ute when he takes the family out so the M3 has spent the last few years doing the shopping run. Compared to some of the smokers out there, this one is a minter. Anyway, time is short and I said I would ask about, so the details are;
