Ross and I will leave late Fri afternoon and hope to be in the bar at the hotel in time for a swift couple ... probably going to bring Katie's 330D ... the elise is still got a broken exhaust from Anglesey and I cannot be arsed to even reverse it out of the garage at the moment
Cheers,
Robin

Yes still heading down sharp on Friday morning Andy, if you are up for it.
However will probably pick a "medium" route to give us the chance of an hour or two's viewing at the trackday, if you are interested, in view of no racing anymore?

Hm, Andy, just twigged you are over Glasgow way.
Rather than coming all the way to Edin, perhaps we could RV on the A701 where the A72 meets it just south of Blyth Bridge? Then you could do M74, Law, Carluke, A721 to Carnwath, then A72 to meeting point.
Assuming there is no-one else joining us in the morning for the scenic route, that could make things a bit simpler overall. Have a think about it.

For those who will be at the Premier Inn for food and drink on Friday night, here's a link to the Beefeater website including the menus in PDF format.
Not sure of latest sitting times but wouldn't leave it much past 8pm if you can manage.

Andy,
Got all your details ta.
9am at Blyth Bridge is ideal. I think you will actually join the A701 at the wee junction a mile or two to the south of the actual village - prob a crossroads where straight on (for you) will be signed "Kirkurd"? If so, just find somewhere at or around that x-roads and we'll find you...or I might even be there first (unlikely!!).
1st to get there txts the other, howzat.
And in case anyone else changes their mind - same applies, drop me a txt to 07768 813031 if you want us to watch out for you anywhere. NOTE - THE ORIGINAL DOBBIES / TESCO RV AT 9AM IS BINNED!
