Came on once I was past then slowed infront of yellow van

If late this afternoon, then quite possibly me!

On way home from client meetings, took the scenic route out via Queensferry the joined M9 at J2. Tailed a yellow van part way to J4, then had to peel off for home in Linlithgow :thumbsup
