Just back from a working trip ( 
) to the south of Italy, which included an overnight stop in Naples last night. On the waterfront I saw :
i) a guy on his scooter, with his helmet undone, using his mobile and gesturing with the other hand
ii) two 'kids' on a scooter with their crash helmets on their knees
iii) guy and his "pretty lady" going something close to ton-up along the seafront (50kph max) in front of the police
