Hi All,
After much deliberation finally took the plunge and became the v proud owner of a phantom black 111R. Originally had titanium in mind but the Mrs convinced black was the way to go! Just picked up from Graeme at MMC tonight.
I think it's rained constantly since I signed on the dotted. What's with the weather!
Hopefully running in period won't take too long, Graeme assures me after 1st service full revs are desired for engine health. Well it would be rude not to
Cheers

Cheers Ed,
Got the nose and sills done with defendall. Even after a short blast tonight sills are coated in grime.

Hi, So was that the shiny black one w/black wheels that was in the showroom last week? Know what you mean about the weather it has rained everyday since I picked up my car last Friday (still managed to clock up 400 miles between showers though)

Wet weather is prob better during your running in period - far less tempted to get it into the 2nd cam!

Do you work for sun by any chance?

Yip it was the black shiny one with the black wheels. Was all set for titanium but the black with black wheels looks the biz. I was in MMC last Saturday signing up and one of the elise guys was trying to talk me into a stage 2 exhaust and induction kit from new.
