Hhhmmm well i will be honest in saying last time i jacked it up and lowered it gently onto the axle stands placed carefully under the jacking points it didn't really stop going down after the stand contacted the jacking point.

I missed it! I would have bought it to add to my collection of knackered old BMWs. It would have made an ideal grass autotest car.
