Newbie from the Scottish Borders

Post by Captain Slow » Thu Jul 09, 2009 11:25 pm

Hello Everyone,

Spent lots of my hard earned on another motor. That bloke (No, No! not Bloke. It's pronounced Black, as in Plaque) from the Scottish Borders has a lot to answer for! Blaque has been extremely helpful giving me loads of good advice and telling me what a good bunch of folks you are.

Chuffed big time with my S2 111s but taking it easy for now thus Captain Slow. Have only floored it three times in third and I’m still grinning.

Photography is one of my hobbies so I’m hoping to attach a photo of my motor taken tonight up the Carter Bar. I photoshopped the plate and other bits

Cheers,

John

PS! Hope photo is now displayed. Had to change galleries as my first choice didn't work. You wouldn't think I worked in I.T. (no comment Mr Blaque)

Not exactly, or he wouldn't have insisted on finding one with a hardtop  Still, good looking motor (bit hairdresser/poser looking for me though  )

Hi there,

No, I haven't had the roof off yet. I kinda like the car with the roof on but give me time. The car came with air-con would you believe and a Lotus Sports exhaust. The air-con ain't brill but the extra vents are a bonus with the roof on :D
