Don't visit your car when it is likely to be off the road for a while.........
Covered in sh*t and gathering dirt and dust at an alarming rate, with no current eta on a return to the road.
F***ing marvellous....just as well its not summer really!

If they've heard nowt by the time you get back, maybe worth grasping the thistle and chasing it up yourself. It's amazing how things get left at the bottom of a pile in a dealership when nobody's shouting - going over their heads can sometimes prompt an extraction of their digit....

I think extraction of their collective heads might be more apt. Still hopefully Lotus will get things going sooner rather than later!

go in to see it again, this time take a match and a can of petrol. set it on fire. job done, it will get your plight noticed. If it happens to burn down MMC service department then all the better

Well I've been waiting 3.5 months for them to sort out my bubbling paint and still haven't gotten anywhere so I'd start making a fuss now.

Nope, been phoning daily chasing them. Still waiting on an oil cooler, told them I might be able to get one myself but they said they already had one on order and would have to pay for it so thats the one they would be using.
Also tried pestering them into searching harder but they claim to have already tried all dealer, traders, Lotus and some race outfits. Dont have time to try and track one down during the day at work but might have to if this carries on.

i guess it wouldnt hurt getting one yourself, you could always install (ryallm stylee) or sell it on

if they are so rare to come by im sure you could easily find an alternative buyer....
