That's me done, just need to pack the car. 8)

So over the last week I have, repaired my cracked front splitter, fitted new front pads, changed all my bald R888's to road tyres :( , replaced my wideband sensor for the third time, got a bung for the exhaust to quiet'n it down, (hopefully under 105dB now), picked up 20lts of E85 to act as octane booster  , got an oil leak fixed and car MOT'd, given it a couple of coats of polish, checked all fluids and taken for a good hard test drive to see if anything breaks.

Got a DVD player for the wife and kid to stop them getting too bored, some new DVD's also. Just need to work out where my tools and 4 spare wheels with slicks are going to fit now.

Can't Wait, see most of you on the ferry on Sunday morning. Looking forward to the break as much as anything :thumbsup

Me too

Usual S1 prep - balljoints, wheel bearings, pads, fluids, oil seals etc. :D

Oh Robin, eventually bled the brakes by the traditional method as suggested, but only after my shiny new "Eezibleed" spewed its contents over the screen :rage
Next time I'll zip strap the top on.

May make MMC, but I'm west coast route and Chunnel.
So, if I don't see you en route, will see you in the bar at Le Mans :beer :thumbsup

cheers
George

Are there any noise limits on the tracks?

S1 with no Cat be okay?

(that's why I think Mike will do fine, that and his lack of imagination).

Le Mans says 100db - assume that will be static.
Others not listed...

Well looks like the cat will be going on in the morning

Mas du Clos and Mornay quite severe on noise limit... LM and VdV less so, I would target max 90dB.

And please don't ask for the exact figures, measurement process & Co... it is all down to their discretion.

We can go... in 36h!
