well folks,

Finally got myself a car! :D

I'm now the proud owner of a Saffron yellow N/A Exige. Decided to go all in and go for the Exige when I still can........

After searching nation wide, the right car turned up practically on my doorstep and I even knew the owner from way back too! Call it fate, but I do like it when things just seem to click into place. My patience paid of in the end I think.

Cairn o' mount road already ticked off on Sunday morning there, next is Glenshee.........I even found myself going for a blast out the slug road during my lunch hour today to make use of the good weather.

Next posts from me will be in the technical section.

cheers again for all help and advice folks,
Al.

that would have been good aye,

I was planning on heading down for the Doune Hillclimb this Sunday (working saturday I fear). No doubt go the long way via Glenshee, maybe even take the Kirkmichael turn off for the best bit!

If plans change then I may end up joining you all. :thumbsup

Aldo, does your number plate end XGE? If so it's parked a few metres away from mine right now down the harbour!

yup, knew Mark from years ago when we both lived in Blair Atholl! Small world eh. Chuffed with the car, and like I say its nice how it panned out in the end.

Could well be Mike or Steve. Both are Saffron yellow with a plate ending XGE..........more likely to be Mike. Quite fancy one of those plates eventually but front tyres come first at the moment for me!

Will no doubt see some of you around before long. :thumbsup

That clears that up then. Was waiting until tomorrow to find out if you'd put a private plate on it.
