Looks in lovely condition.

Check the wheels and interior in the enlarged pictures, original MMC brakes, and one of the earliest made, probably a lower chassis number than N1. Thirteen years old and only 43K miles, certainly worth short listing.

That is indeed very clean, thanks for posting the link. As this is the most money I will have ever spent on a car, I'm going to stick to my prefered colours and I'm not a fan of Red (no offense red car owners) just my preference.

The Titanium one has gone.

Not poss to tell from the ad whether the important fixes have all been done.

Dampers, front interior floorpan corrosion, red clutch hose, hub flanges, etc etc.

Guy seems pretty geniune after chat about it, questions we're answered properly. Got some more to ask on next phone call.

Bad scratch in front clam is bargaining point and I have yet to ask whether it's had it's C service so maybe another point.

It's an S1 - I'd rather have one with 51K on the clock than 20K. You know what the Elise is like if it sits unused...

Might be worth asking Andy how mch a respray would cost you if you are being a hairdresser about colour.

Strong money indeed, I agree it's a bit on the dear side.

I have been specifically looking at around 40-50k examples for that reason. This one IS a little dear and right at the top of my mileage limit, but has had nitrons fitted in the last few thousand miles. Seems an honest car at this point. TBH I'm finding a lot of stuff is long gone by the time I get to it. This was re-posted today/yesterday on PH so I'm in at the start. But yes, strong money indeed.

If everyone on this forum takes an honesty pill they will agree it is the only colour for your S1. Everything else is pap©.

lol.

Great differences of opinion on here.

I'm in the 'not another azure blue s1' corner ;)

I'm also in the silver looks terrible and grey is a bit dull corner.

Elise's should be bright. It's a big kids toy. Have you ever seen silver or grey duplo blocks?
