Drove past it on display yesterday at Dyce, but afraid I can not give you any other info.

You may get a bite if you put the reg in the subject line. Still early too - some of us only check the forum in the evening or once a week etc.
Sorry, don't know the car either but can't believe how well the price of S2s are and eliges in general are holding up

About 100yds along from this garage is a blue 111R for sale (Cottage Cars) which is a bit more at £16995 so that might be worth a look and a "Christmas time offer".
Cant comment on either car though sorry. Neither are cars I had previously seen around ABZ either.

Thanks chaps, had seen the ad for the blue 111R as well, ESP liked the fact that in the ad they state it has an LSD and rear electric windows!
Would have the PZ as a P/X so doubt I could get a great deal out of them
will phone about it tomorrow and try and head up on Friday.
Thanks again chaps

It's only 2k less than I paid (privately) for my similar car 3.5 years ago.
Not wanting to talk down the value of my own car but I'd have thought 11 grand at a dealer would have been nearer the mark, even allowing for its low mileage.
Anyone been monitoring prices of similar aged 111s?

My S2 'shed' was a 2003/03 plate with just over 30K... granted it wasn't a 111s... but, that cost me just £9500 with hardtop 18mths ago.... so prices are definitely firm at the moment if that 111s is typical !!

i sold my 03 111s with 25k on the clock 2 years ago for 12.5k. So they seem to be holding the price well.
Cheers

Looks like a nice but expensive example. I sold my 111S (Dec 05/55 plate) for £14750 a couple of months ago and felt that was a stiff price as I only paid a wee bit more than that to buy it (2 years beforehand from a Lotus dealer, prepped and warrantied). At that kind of money I would try to stretch the budget a tiny bit for a yota powered 111R or Elise S.

In your case it is all about the "cost of change"
I am sure you can convince the dealer (who has a spread of sporty cars) that your pristine car is more saleable than a plastic bodied soft top ( favoured by homosexuals

) that will sit on his forecourt till spring..........etc.......etc..
