I think the estimates are low. I think £10k-£11k for a minter as an advert price, and be prepared to sell for between £9k to £10k. Less if you want to shift it quick.

10K+ seems to be the asking price for 111s's at the mo, there's a wanted ad on SELOC

http://forums.seloc.org/classified.php? ... d&id=14266

And Will B is always on the look out for 111s's or sport 160's

Good luck! :thumbsup

My gut reaction is £9k-£10k. Nearly 12 months ago I sold my S1 135 Sport privately for £8,700 and I think it was a pretty clean example and included recent front clam respray and paint protection.

The variable is really the potential interest from Europe. I only had about 4 enquiries about my car from the UK and double that from abroad and these were all genuine enquiries. Problem is that 135 Sports cannot be exported and used (legally) on the road in other countries.

If you aren't in a hurry by all means try it at £10.5k and you could well get a European bite as it is a well spec'ed "low" mileage example. I would however be prepared to have to accept as little as £8.5k to a UK buyer.

I in recent months have had thoughts of going back to a S1 and have to admit that it would be a 111S over all other S1 elise variants. Whilst I think the 135 Sport is very appealing, the export restriction limits the potential number of buyers and therefore the resale value. (BTW those thoughts have now passed again after a quick bast on Sunday :D )

Best of luck and hope that you obtain well in excess of £10k for it. :thumbsup
