Yep, it was a good night, though I must remember never to go downstairs in Budda ever again :?

Cheers Mac for organising it and to Dave for letting us stay :)

Guess we'll have to do a night out in Dundee sometime soon, maybe once Dave (rag_it) is moved in to his new place ;)

Twas a good laugh all :thumbsup

Can't believe how shyte downstairs in Buddha has got - used to be a blinding night (although Elaine reminded me that was the best part of 7 years ago.... )

Next one, I've got some good suggestions for nightclubbage - but was a great night all in all. Somebody (Ryann, I believe) remarked that it's the company that makes an evening!

I did also mention some crap about a night out in sunny Troon - which believe it or not, isn't as daft as you think!

Will ponder (possibly coinciding with the Troon Real Ale Festival....)

Can't really say Dundee has more minging burds than anywhere else, there were plenty in Glasgow, particularly the one that came and sat next to Ed :(
And I wouldn't have said Dundee was expensive for drink either, what do you class as expensive? Drinks on Sat cost me more than in Dundee, though less than in Edinburgh I think.

She hardly sat - more fell across the room landing T first on the table beside us (the one Ed had been dacing on earlier) - but way rough - I was scared

Dundee night would be a laugh - could do a perth road crawl (or at least from Laings down) and head to El Fatso's. I'll have a word with the Lintons and see if we can get freebies to prevent the need for queueing - last time I walked past it was nearly queued round to O'Niells!

Glasgow - Cushion, free entry before 11 (and busy by then) open till 3.30am. £1.50 for all drinks
Dundee - Fat Sams, £6+ entry open till 2.30a.m. Drinks £3.20 for a thimble sized Vodka Coke.

As for Dundee women  shortest in the country apparently due to the fact the women used to work in jute mills and never see daylight :?
